    Holidays!!!!!!

    Yeah!
    Holiday's started today!!!!
Well, actually yesterday, at least for me and some others. And we definately celebrated it, with some free "Glühwein" in our institute.
Unfortunately most of us didn't eat since lunch time, so we were kinda..ahh..tipsy....at some point. Well, at least I was. But we had the great chance to listen to some exquisit traditional Chinese or Japanese music..

Anyway, december was full of christmas parties, choir trip, "glühwein", christmas markets, cookies, colds, too expensive dinners and not enough money... so, nocthing new there.

Sorry, I'm too lazy to write more now. After Christmas...

    So much about my concentration.....

Josh, you're working today, right??? See, now you can't complain, I wrote something to keep you occupied!!!!
    Mohnblümchen (well, nearly...) Momo

    Just a normal thursday

Have you ever checked out the msn horoskope??? They tell me about every day that I won't be able to concentrate.... Really must be the stars influencing my life there, usually I personify concentration

Anyway, right now I should be sitting over a Chinese newspaper article about the increasing population of Chinese cities and I really can't concentrate. It's a pretty interesting article though, cuz most of the time it's like "It's so great that our cities are getting huge!" Kinda weird, here we are like "Nah, Berlin is too big.", and even Cologne is sometimes stressing us out, the bad air, blablabla... Yeah, right!
I did some interesting personality tests again and found out, that my Holiday Theme song is Jingle Bells Rock and that I'm a parrot at parties. My animal magnetism changed from tiger to zebra... hm... at least both have stripes... Hope I'm still a pug though, got kinda used to it.

I'm so looking forward to Christmas this year. Usually I don't feel "christmasly" at all until the night itself. And..I already have presents for my parents!!!! Always the hardest thing. And loads of cool things are coming up, at least 2 christmas parties, a choir trip, christmas, news' eve.... Me like that!

Some friends and me went to this sports bar yesterday to watch Champions League (Bremen - Athens), I love it to watch football in this bar, it's always packed with fans and you really get excited about the game - I mean, of course I wanted Bremen and Barca to win, so that Bremen can continue to play in the Champions League, but I'm not a Bremen-fan. But now I'm looking forward to the world cup even more. Gonna be soooo great, all the fans here, there are many games in this area, football every night, on big screens all over the city! I really have to try to get as much university stuff done as I can before the world cup starts.

Oh, my ears are normal again. Cool, ha?

Hmmm...now my creativity really leaves me.

    Hark! The Harold's angel sing...

    So...
Where to start? I really should start writing this things more regularly, it's not, that i don't have anything to tell, but I just keep forgetting it.

First a bit complaining - my ears suck. Well, actually they don't, more the contrary, apparently they are too good (weird, I never had that feeling....), so it gets really annoying when it's too loud. For example in the choir - we had a concert last week, and at some point I heard somebody in the audience making some weird noices with the programm, but I couldn't concentrate on singing anymore... So now I'm taking some "ginseng"-pill. Reading the description made me feel really old - usually old people with bad concentration and decreasing brain-function seem to take it...hm...
And somebody told me, that "ginseng" is also good for increasing ones potency..awesome!!! Even if I need that, there's nobo..well...

......and now to something completely different...

The concert was pretty good. Just that I made the same mistake as last year:
traditionally, we always go on the Christmas Market and drink one "Glühwein" (hot, wine with spices) befor the concert. Unfortunately I always end up drinking two...well....luckily, the major of Cologne and the dean of the university always give some speeches befor we start, so I have time to wake up and focus again...
Afterwards we always go drinking, too - our Professor loves beer ! I especially liked the guy who served us this time - he always brought one or two beer for himself, and cheered with us, so in the end, when they closed and we left, he was really drunk and not really able to either walk or talk...kinda fun. I mean, at my workplace we are allowed to drink, too, but we have a limit of five beer a night - and the Cologne beer is not very strong. A bit like Chinese beer, just better...

Talking about good beer - that's a thing we don't have at the parties from our institute. They always buy the cheapest beer ever!!!! The good thing about it - it's for free! The bad thing - everybody drinks too much and feels totally wasted for at least one day afterwards.
This party was on friday... Every time the first thing I think is "Wow, I hardly know anybody anymore...I'm getting old...." But then it always turns out to be really funny.
I even took my camera!!!!! Kate and me drove to Bonn to get it - I forgot it on St.Martin, and I didn't want to drive to Bonn alone, it's always so boring in the train, and I can't hear music anymore, because of my stupid ears!

Unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures at the party. So much about "good against concentration problem"...
Doesn't really matter though, Christmas-celebration time started!!! From my job, from the choir, with friends.....Yeah!!!!!

And I gonna take some pictures of the Christmas Markets, they are soooo nice. Two friends and me are thinking of going on one of the Christmas Markets and sing songs for Glühwein. We already have a bass, a tenor and an alto...but we don't know a soprano...well...don't give up!!!

    Byebye....
